• End-to-end recruitment for IT roles (developers, testers, data/AI specialists, security experts, architects, leaders).
• Identifying and approaching candidates, conducting pre-screenings, assessing interests, English proficiency, salary expectations, and professional background.
• Writing and publishing job ads, exploring and utilizing new talent attraction channels, building and maintaining a strong professional network.
• Coordinating detailed interviews with consultants; completing assessment forms in English and Hungarian.
• Supporting recruitment processes through applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactor, FieldGlass, Workday, BambooHR, SAP, SmartRecruiters, Traffit).
• Drafting contract frameworks and individual agreements.
