Responsible for payroll processing of 800 employees on a monthly basis and organizing extra pay run if requested in the EMEA region - Europe, Middle East and Africa
Responsible for all the inputs receiving from the clients regarding new joiners, leavers, benefits, sick-leave, personal changes,holiday data, and any special documents
Processing, changing, validating and correcting data until completing the run
Creating and sending payment instructions to the treasury team
Supporting and work closely with the client and payroll provider team by solving the arising errors in order to successfully achieve the pay day
Creating payroll calendars, publishing documents and following emails and tickets
Organizing meetings to support and discuss the needs of all parties
