Although I am well experienced with working in a team I am also very independent when the time calls for it. Im also very reliable and can take instruction well, i.e. listening to food orders, specific requests from management and fellow co-workers. I enjoy travel and experiencing new cultures and love learning new languages .

I moved with my family from the United Kingdom when I was 14 to live in Hungary. I have had permanent residency here for the last 8 years.

My work in Austria was seasonal over 2 periods, Summer and Winter.

My father has has been a Chef for many years across lots of countries and I share that passion for cooking. I have been cooking for a very long time and have educated myself in Middle Eastern cooking. I love to sit down with my family and eat a meal that I have prepared and look at all the faces of the people around the table and see their expressions of joy when they eat my cooking. It is one of the greatest expediences I have encountered.
