- Involved in production of animal vaccines nearly six types, particularly for poultry, pigs and ruminants.
- Preparing MGM for the cell line to grow along with media under aseptic conditions.
- Handling of the Co-optech tanks for the transference of solutions like media, cells and substrate through HMI.
- Involved in handling ROBOTS throughout the process and making sure that all LAF stations involved in production has unerring airflow.
- Cleaning and Sterilizing(CIP and SIP) the Co-optech tanks and the transfer lines of the ROBOT for the production of further batches.
- Monitoring and maintaining the environment plates during every process for the sterile environment and IPC samples respectively.
- Actively involved in the validation of laboratory compliances,encompassing the reagents and system status validity checks
- Involved in fumigation and discard of the released batch samples in timely manner as per waste management of SOP.
- Maintaining logbooks, batch records and utilizing the computerized systems for data entry, documentation and process monitoring.
- Collaborate with QA and QC teams to conduct investigations and implement corrective actions for deviations and non- conformances.
- Inspected equipment and systems to identify issues, immediately reporting problems to repair technicians.
- Calibrated machines to maintain required productivity levels and adherence to quality standards.
- Aided in setting up and breaking down production equipment and stages to help prepare production area for filming and properly store equipment after use.
- Maintained accurate production records to track progress, identify areas for improvement and meet regulatory requirements.

RAPD analysis of citrus fruits, Assessment and characterization of the genetic diversity of citrus varieties through RARD markers which involved running of DNA on gel electrophoresis and the no. of bands occurred on the gel to be counted through the trans-illuminator. The UPGMA clustering method used to analyse the distance matrix of the observed bands between species and the phylogenetic tree is constructed through a dengrogram.
