- Managing and mentoring team of Product Owners, providing guidance and support in prioritizing and executing product initiatives.
- Serving as primary point of contact for Group Director, CEO, and BUD providing regular updates on product initiatives, milestones, and performance metrics.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across group organization to gather requirements, prioritize feature requests, and address feedback.
- Leading 4 cross-functional teams responsible for 4 key products: Learning Management System (LMS), Learning Content Management System (LCMS), AWS-based streaming system, and AI assisted system to support teachers in creating learning materials, notes and lectures.
- Developing scope, defining and prioritizing backlog items (epics/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team.
- Receiving, tracking and coordinating change requests and bug issues.
