As a member of the migration cloud factory department I take part of application based migration programmes and projects. Our goal is moving the client's application environments to the cloud mainly by like for like methods.

In this role I provided L3 middleware support for different commercial clients. This activity covered technical work by ticketing tools. Change and APAR management, maintenance issue handling were also my responsibilities. Based on my experiences I became a subject matter expert (SME) and a team leader of a small group. The main supported technologies: WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere MQ/Broker, IBM Http Server (IHS), Tomcat.
