My engineering background is the foundation of my mindset and as I moved from individual tasks through team leader and 1st line manager to 2nd line manager position I gained experience in managing and developing whole departments up to 100+ person strong with long term strategic goals set to reach while keep reaching KPIs and targets on a daily bases. I have an end to end view how a global supply chain organization is built up and functions on daily bases and I have 10+ years experience in strategic and long term planning, budget ownership, skill development programs, team competence matrix setup for specific tasks, people and technical management.
