- Product Owner of OCB (One Customer Base) Team.
- Applying SAFE methodology throughout the day-to-day, sprint-to-sprint and quarter-to-quarter teamwork acting as a Product Owner of the team. OCB team is responsible for:
- Development and Operations of Graphisoft’s legacy webshops
- Design and implement webshop migration activities (move all subscription customers to new webshop)
- Plan and execute legacy webshop closing activities as post-migration project
- As Product Owner of OCB Team participate in business process planning and execution of mass-transforming perpetual licenses to subscriptions (referred as S2S program).
- Since June 2025 also a Product Owner in the GOV (Governance) team. GOV team is responsible for loosely coupled tasks, such as providing support to product teams in development pipeline handling and releasing, maintaining applications that belong to no other product teams, and setup&configure Azure resources.
