Over the past 25 years, I have been responsible for and led the professional development of small and large teams. For the last 10 years, I have been part of the management team, involved in the development and implementation of strategies for the commercial and service areas. While working in the commercial and services area, I was part of a merger process for 2 years, which required a lot of change and adaptation in my work.
