• Inventing and leading the build-up of a semi-automated tool (template) to forecast and plan average working capital
• Simplifying, centralizing, reallocating team activities to achieve optimal workload, to support the senior manager of the team to ensure efficient resource utilization
• Engaging Diageo Corporate Senior Leaders to support the simplification agenda

• Building up and implementing the financial planning, reporting, forecasting processes for the newly created Diageo SSC in India
• Engaging the stakeholders that are impacted by the above activities in the new SSC
• Forecasting and reporting the financial impact of various transitions into this SSC

• Planning, forecasting, reporting £60+ million annual budget for IS costs (OH)
• Being main financial contact to IS Directors
• Being responsible for ensuring that the annual OH target is met
