- attending to various facility and property management tasks related to office buildings and in-plant assets of 2 electricity (ÉMÁSZ, DÉMÁSZ) and 2 gas (ÉGÁZ-DÉGÁZ, FŐGÁZ) energy grid companies, including offices, customer service offices and substations, pools, educational and training workshops, warehouses

- coordinating, inspecting and certifying the activities of own professional team and subcontractors related to the operation of both own and rented properties

- creating business plans, reporting and analyzing costs (OpEx, CapEx)

- controlling the activity of the staff in a matrix organization

- permanent monitoring and implementation of the synergy options coming from different operational methods

- setting up a new team

- professional and people management of the new team on a daily basis

- working-out, submitting and implementing the operational strategy, including business plans (STP, MTP, LTP)

- creating, defining and tracking the new KPI system of the department

- submitting analyses, reports, board proposals, cost saving feasibility studies for senior management approval

- executing the business plan

- preparing, supporting and realizing the merge into the MVM Group (TWIN project)

- Actively contributing to the planning and implementation of the strategic goals (OpEx, CapEx)

- Complete maintenance, investment, development of ELMŰ-ÉMÁSZ Company Group real estate portfolio (including sites, plots, educational and training workshops, customer service offices, warehouses, sports fields, sailing port, canteens etc.)

- Investment planning (FC, MTP, LTP)

- Leading priority national and international projects and fully acting in the name of the Company Group if necessary (including E-mobility network, NWoW–New Way of Working, LEAN projects)

- Planning and scheduling maintenance and repair tasks, checking the contents of checklists and reporting. Monitoring the life history of devices/equipment, based on data/medium and long-term planning of renovations, handling/monitoring guarantees

- Processing tenders related to both the operation and improvement

- Developing energy efficiency and energy awareness measures and also implement energy efficiency projects

- Profound knowledge of the regulations and process descriptions

- Liaising with authorities, inspectors, subcontractors, management and various organizations in the course of constructions

- Professional management of the technical group (architect, mechanic, electrical engineer) and subcontractors

- Replacing the department leader (staff number is around 30)

- Harmonizing with clients about their needs and requirements for planning their family houses

- Coordinating all architectural construction documentation and drawings for each phase of fast-track projects

- Creating graphic renderings and models using AutoCAD and ArchiCAD softwares
