As a key member of the Business Applications Group, I am responsible for leading and delivering a wide range of projects in sectors such as education, government, and the private sector. My work centers around designing and implementing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), leveraging a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities and integrations to drive business outcomes.

Project Highlights:

• University CRM Implementation:

Led the development of a custom Dynamics 365 solution to streamline student admissions, academic management, and contracting processes. Built C# plugins, custom web resources (JavaScript, PCF Controls, HTML web resources), Power Automate Flows, and custom integration solutions (REST APIs) to automate data flow between the CRM and third-party student information systems.

• State Institution Sector:

Delivered a full-cycle D365 implementation for a state agency, automating previously manual processes using Azure Functions, Power Automate Flows, and custom plugins. Integrated the solution with SharePoint to support document management and collaboration, and created custom console applications to integrate data from different non-Microsoft systems.

Technical Expertise:

• Dynamics 365 Customization & Integration: Extensive experience in customizing Dynamics 365 environments, including the development of C# plugins, JavaScript customizations, and custom web resources (PCF controls, HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap) to meet complex business requirements. Confidently deploy and manage solutions in D365 environments using Power Platform administration tools.
• Azure and Cloud Integration: Skilled in developing Azure Functions for D365 integrations with external systems, including non-Microsoft platforms. Proficient in integrating D365 with tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other enterprise applications.
• Low-Code Development: Proficient in building low-code solutions on the Power Platform, including Model-Driven Apps (MDA), Canvas Apps, and Power Automate workflows. Helped clients rapidly develop custom applications with minimal code to solve specific business challenges.
• Documentation: Responsible for creating comprehensive technical documentation, including functional requirement documents (FRDs), technical specifications, user manuals, and architectural diagrams for seamless handovers.
• AI & Chatbots: Experience in incorporating AI within Dynamics 365 using embedded AI capabilities as well as integrating with OpenAI for custom chatbot development and intelligent customer support solutions.
• Worked closely with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for implementation.

Intranet System Development
Collaborated as part of a three-member team to architect and develop a completely new intranet system for the company. My primary responsibility was backend development, ensuring the system's robustness and scalability. Additionally, I contributed to the frontend, leveraging my expertise in the MVC framework to seamlessly integrate backend functionality with a responsive and user-friendly interface.
