• Leading a dynamic team in Investment Hungary, I am responsible for the the strategic scheduling, resource planning & risk management operations within MOL Group. My team, a center of expertise in this field, we continually refine and elevate scheduling, resource planning & risk management processes, fostering a culture of excellence in other countries Investment organization as well (e.g., Croatia, Slovakia).
• Collaborating closely with Project and Portfolio Managers, I provide expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle in scheduling, resource planning & risk management areas, especially when tackling challenges and during gate reviews.
• As the overseer of MS Project Online Product Owner responsibilities, I suggest innovative proposals for system, tools development and manage the integration of new functionalities (e.g. reporting framework development, SSOT integration).
• One of my team's responsibilities is to advance risk management methodologies. Through constant innovation and teamwork, we support the portfolio and project managers across diverse sectors – from refinery and logistics to ASM, petrochemicals, US - surface -, IBS, and circular economy areas. • Established a center of expertise in risk management to enhance risk management approach in alignment with the company's objectives, and to support other investment organization in developing their risk management processes, methodologies.
• Conducted collaborative risk workshops with stakeholders for comprehensive risk assessment (identification, analysis, and evaluation).
• Assisted in cost estimation by defining a risk-oriented project contingency methodology.
• Introduced and managed a project for building an in-house risk management software aligned with organizational practices and project schedules.
• Expanded the knowledge of risk management expertise by building a network and mapping relevant organizational risk areas.
• Performed and enhanced the practice of Monte Carlo simulations.

• I managed both human resource planning and scheduling for capital projects implemented by MOL Hungary Investment Department. Updated schedules in alignment with project complexity, provided support to project & portfolio managers by closely monitoring project progress, forecasting CAPEX needs, and doing human resource allocations at a discipline level, furthermore adapting accuracy as the project matured.
• I have created diverse reports, dashboards, and tools across various software platforms, ensuring comprehensive insights and data-driven decision-making.
• Driven by continuous improvement I introduced innovative scheduling methods, fortified controls, and reporting mechanisms, consistently elevating both the scheduling and resource planning domains.
• I have coordinated the integration of the department's resource planning method into a scheduling software, adjusting resource planning by daily reporting and promoting optimal resource utilization, while accurately forecasting resource requirements.
• I played a pivotal role in advancing MOL Group subsidiaries' resource planning processes, fostering enhanced transparency and collaboration among various companies within the Group.
• As a dedicated project scheduler, I worked under tight timeline, within a 30-day turnaround. In my role.

• I was responsible for the realization of non-HC logistics related strategy and activities of MOL Group companies, developing and controlling their processes, systems and internal controls
• Elaborating proposals for improvement actions and contributing to its fulfillments
• Contributing to group-level harmonization and leading US inventory management related projects globally, choosing the right project management methodology, then managing and controlling the project team member’s tasks, contributions and evaluating their performance
• Collecting and analyzing data to identify possibilities for process standardization and automation, “selling” the opportunities and aligning the changes within Group companies

Bigger projects during the assignment:

• Compiled and coordinated a project team related to a warehouse optimization activity, which lead to an inventory decrease, warehousing quality and efficiency increase and tied-up capital release
• Developed a Global Warehouse Map interface via excel, using VBA, to support the warehouse optimization and centralization on Group level.

• Supporting Corporate Financial Services, my assignments have taken place in the controller’s department.
• The main task was the independent verification for invoice processing, with special emphasis on high value payments.
• One of my responsibilities has been the accurate and timely review of 3rd party invoices in order to ascertain that the invoices were issued according to the regulations, booked correctly and paid in time.
• Furthermore, I paid special attention to prevent duplicate payments, review changes in postings and control urgent or manual payments.
• Another task was verifying bill of ladings and reviewing, validating and accepting letter of indemnities which confirmed the legitimacy of a material.

Bigger project during the assignment: creating the idea and initiating a project for developing an out-of-dated verification process to an advanced document management and storage system-based approval workflow process.

• The main task was the service verification before payment, by obtaining evidence about the service completion, and ensuring that the ordered service has been performed according to an agreement or requisition
• Afterwards initiating the payment by recording the service into an ERP system

Bigger projects during the assignment:

• Identified and integrated an improvement possibility which increased the efficiency of service invoice processing in the ERP system
• Contributed to the development of the service booking practices achieving better data granularity

Technology Team member

• I have supported continuous improvement as a member of the department’s technology team
• The aim was to deliver a unique set of solutions and services, identifying gaps in the processes and evolve long-term solutions, by applying agile project management
• Furthermore, sharing these best practices globally within the organization, by organizing workshops, giving presentations and supporting the implementation of the developed processes.
