  • Leading a dynamic team in Investment Hungary, I am responsible for the the strategic scheduling, resource planning & risk management operations within MOL Group. My team, a center of expertise in this field, we continually refine and elevate scheduling, resource planning & risk management processes, fostering a culture of excellence in other countries Investment organization as well (e.g., Croatia, Slovakia).
  • Collaborating closely with Project and Portfolio Managers, I provide expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle in scheduling, resource planning & risk management areas, especially when tackling challenges and during gate reviews.
  • As the overseer of MS Project Online Product Owner responsibilities, I suggest innovative proposals for system, tools development and manage the integration of new functionalities (e.g. reporting framework development, SSOT integration).
  • One of my team's responsibilities is to advance risk management methodologies. Through constant innovation and teamwork, we support the portfolio and project managers across diverse sectors – from refinery and logistics to ASM, petrochemicals, US - surface -, IBS, and circular economy areas.   • Supporting Corporate Financial Services, my assignments have taken place in the controller’s department.
  • The main task was the independent verification for invoice processing, with special emphasis on high value payments.
  • One of my responsibilities has been the accurate and timely review of 3rd party invoices in order to ascertain that the invoices were issued according to the regulations, booked correctly and paid in time.
  • Furthermore, I paid special attention to prevent duplicate payments, review changes in postings and control urgent or manual payments.
  • Another task was verifying bill of ladings and reviewing, validating and accepting letter of indemnities which confirmed the legitimacy of a material.

Bigger project during the assignment: creating the idea and initiating a project for developing an out-of-dated verification process to an advanced document management and storage system-based approval workflow process.
